Refund policy
At Selective Intent, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
That said, if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
your order number
a clear photo showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and assist with a resolution.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs once the address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments
Orders that go unclaimed and are returned to the fulfilment facility may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us if this occurs so we can advise on next steps.
EU Consumer Notice
In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
As all Selective Intent products are made to order, returns may be refused in these cases.
